Refund Policy

Effective Date: 18 September 2026

At Dr. Ruhi Talks™, every counseling session is reserved exclusively for you. Your appointment time is protected in advance to ensure you receive dedicated, uninterrupted support. Please review the following refund policy before booking a session.

Booking Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed only after:

• Full payment has been successfully received
• You receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details

Refund Eligibility — Individual Sessions

Refund requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered, and a full refund is available. Refunds requested within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not available.

Refund Eligibility — Counseling Programs

Because personalized counseling programs involve advance planning, preparation, and scheduling, refunds may not be available once the program has begun. If a client chooses to discontinue participation after starting a program, unused sessions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws and the circumstances involved.

Missed Appointments

If a scheduled appointment is missed without prior notice ("no-show"), the session fee is generally non-refundable.

Cancellation by Dr. Ruhi

If a session is cancelled by Dr. Ruhi due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose between:

• Rescheduling the appointment, or
• Receiving a full refund for the cancelled session

Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
