We understand that unexpected situations may arise. To respect the time of all clients, the following policy applies.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without additional charges. Requests received after this period may be treated as a late cancellation.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Selecting a time on the booking calendar reserves that slot, but it does not guarantee your appointment. To ensure fair access to appointment times for all clients, bookings that are not accompanied by full payment within 24 hours of scheduling may be cancelled to release the time slot. If you need more time to complete payment, please get in touch before your reserved time lapses.
If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment may be considered completed and the session fee may be forfeited.
If you arrive late for your scheduled online session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
If technical issues arise during the session, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or reschedule the remaining session time where appropriate.
In the rare event that a session must be cancelled or rescheduled by Dr. Ruhi due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative appointment at the earliest available opportunity.
